THE SIGNIFICANCE OF TURNING 5 WITH 4C RECRUITMENT - PART 1

4C RECRUITMENT WAS BORN IN SEPTEMBER 2019.

The water broke, labour was relatively brief, and 4C Recruitment burst onto the scene with enthusiasm. Since then, this “baby” has grown, evolved, and adapted into a vibrant 5-year old.

Five-year-olds are delightful companions with impressive language skills and a passion for sharing their ideas and stories. They are imaginative problem solvers, always curious about how and why things work.

Birthdays aren’t just about receiving gifts and enjoying cake; they’re a time to reflect on the meaningful moments that have shaped who you’ve become.

Who has 4C Recruitment become and how have we developed in the past 5 years?

  • Physical Development: At this age, children are typically becoming more coordinated and agile. 4C Recruitment is now more agile and flexible, allowing us to swiftly adapt to your needs and “jump into” tasks with ease.

  • Cognitive Development: Five-year-olds are curious and eager to learn. Our team is continually expanding our industry knowledge, sharing over 60 years of combined expertise to enhance our collective skills.

  • Language Skills: They enjoy storytelling and can describe their thoughts and experiences with increasing detail. 4C Colleagues excel at presenting our candidates' stories to clients, emphasising the most important and relevant details.

  • Social Skills: Social interactions become more important. They are forming friendships, sharing and co-operating. In the past 5 years, 4C Recruitment has established enduring relationships with both our 4C Candidates and 4C Clients.

  • Emotional Development: Five-year-olds are developing a greater understanding of their own emotions and those of others. 4C Recruitment focuses on understanding and addressing each clients' specific recruitment needs.

  • Connecting: Although your 5-year-old loves to be independent, they still need your love and attention. This is why 4C Recruitment remains committed to connecting with our 4C Communities and addressing their needs, with a particular emphasis on supporting education.

Five-year-olds are at a captivating stage of development. LOOK OUT FOR PART 2 OF OUR STORY…
