Mike Fraser
FOUNDER & COLLEAGUE
Following tenures at diverse South African financial institutions, Michael dedicated nine years to finance and pricing in London's Asset Management and Investment Banking sectors, contributing his expertise to renowned institutions including ABN Amro, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays Capital.
Upon returning to South Africa with his family, he operated his own Landscaping and Garden Design company before transitioning back into the corporate world.
Looking for a role that involved less P&L’s and finance, and focused more on building relationships, Michael began his journey in Recruitment. In his subsequent roles at international and local firms, he recognised the significant growth in both organisations within the financial recruitment space. This ultimately led to Michael and his partner establishing 4C Recruitment, in 2019.
Driven by his passion for cultivating meaningful, long-term relationships – Mike strives to always put his clients and candidates first, over and above “chasing the fee”.
Paula Vorster

With over 20 years' experience in human resource management and recruitment, Paula’s role entails forging strategic partnerships with diverse clients and candidates, across industries and sectors, offering tailored solutions to address their unique talent needs. Her expertise includes the entire recruitment life cycle – from comprehensive market research, to pinpointing and engaging top-tier candidates, conducting meticulous interviews and assessments, and facilitating seamless hiring procedures. She is committed to fostering innovative recruitment strategies and championing the implementation of policies and practices to optimise organisational success.
Passionate about fostering meaningful connections between individuals and dedicated to delivering unparalleled service excellence to both clients and candidates alike, Paula continuously embraces new challenges and eagerly pursues ongoing professional development.
Paula is married with three wonderful children and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Monja consistently seeks fulfilment in every facet of her life – driving her passion for people, and facilitating connections to assist others in reaching their full potential.
Living abroad for three years provided her with the opportunity to meet and connect with diverse individuals. This experience has enabled her to cultivate lasting relationships and consistently deliver exceptional service, benefiting both her clients and candidates. Being part of 4C Recruitment has afforded Monja the opportunity to assist others in discovering optimal opportunities where their abilities shine, fostering connections that enable them to find their own fulfillment. Monja cherishes every single moment she spends with her husband and two young children. She takes pleasure in the simple things in life and has a keen eye for finding beauty in everyday moments. With that she loves exploring the great outdoors.
Kim Jones
ADMINISTRATOR & RESEARCH ASSISTANT
Kim began her career in financial and generalist recruitment over 30 years ago, working at leading national firms. Since then, she has worked as a medical representative, entrepreneur, franchisee, and high school educator.
In 2023, Kim returned to her roots – swiftly establishing herself as a valuable member of the 4C Recruitment team.
Her passion lies in organising and problem-solving for the benefit of all. Her diverse work experience renders her invaluable in the recruitment industry. Kim enjoys working with people of all ages and from all walks of life.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kim is passionate about the community and “giving back”. She has two adult children and enjoys gardening, hiking in nature, art and reading.
Tim Steynberg

Tim's natural ability to foster positive relationships in the workplace adds significant value to the team dynamic.
All his previous workplaces hold a special place in his heart, and he believes that if you invest in the business it invests in you in return.
Utilizing his 13 years of experience in the recreation and hospitality industry, he makes streamlined and effective matches between candidates and employers. Timothy strives to align himself with the company's core principles, the 4C's: Client, Candidate, Colleague, and Community. He is committed to fostering sustainable partnerships that benefit all parties involved.
Outside of work, he describes himself as a sportsman who loves a weekend away, but also enjoys running as a “hobby”. Timothy is a People’s Person and 4C’s 2023 “Competitive Award” recipient.

Robyn kick-started her career in the fast-paced world of supply chain management, where she honed her systems knowledge and problem-solving skills. But her true passion lies in connecting with people, which is why she made the jump to recruitment – and hasn’t looked back!
Robyn finds fulfilment in using her love for problem-solving to enable others to secure their dream jobs. Guiding candidates through the process – from understanding their unique goals to matching them with the ideal role – is incredibly rewarding for her. Every successful placement fuels Robyn’s belief that finding the right people is the cornerstone of any successful company.

Natasha is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of recruitment experience, driven by a passion to creating meaningful employment opportunities for others.
She operates as a 360 Recruiter, effectively engaging with both clients and candidates.
Her expertise lies in generating new business, cultivating strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and managing the end-to-end hiring process. Natasha places a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality CVs to clients and ensuring that interview packs are accurate. She excels in maintaining a seamless and positive experience for both parties throughout the recruitment process.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Natasha finds joy in playing Padel, reading, and cherishing moments with her two daughters during her free time.
