4C Supports Communities
We support the development of the abundant untapped talent in disadvantaged South African communities through contributing towards trusted, recognised and registered charities and foundations and via our own direct initiatives. The charities we support fall in line with the National Development Plan Pillar of training, development and education. Our focus is on supporting causes around early childhood growth, education and skills development.
Short-term we will donate part of the placement fee to a charity of the clients choice. Long-term we aim to contribute to education and skills development in South Africa, investing in candidates of the future and under privileged communities.
4C Community Contributions
We are currently sponsoring and mentoring two high school learners at schools in Gauteng and the Western Cape.
These learners from underprivileged communities are succeeding through their perseverance. It is an honour for 4C Recruitment to support these determined young South Africans.
